Allow Stoic to trigger Apple Shortcuts to integrate with good habit trackers#522

I know there are a few roadmap requests for adding habit tracking features to Stoic, but I’d love to see Stoic play nicely with existing habit trackers. In particular, for many journaling habits all you need is to know when you have added a new journal entry to a particular journal or theme. I’d love to see Stoic add an option to call an external shortcut when you do a particular Stoic action (e.g. add a journal entry, meditate, do a breathing exercise, etc).

As an example, the StreaksApp (https://streaksapp.com/) us a purpose built app to develop habits, including very effective streak tracking of various types. You can “check off” one of your habits in the app itself, or through a shortcuts. So for example if you had a “Write a quarterly checkpoint journal entry” every 6 weeks, you could set up the habit tracking in Streaks, along with all your other (non-journaling) habits.

A key benefit here is that you can benefit from existing good functionality in other apps rather than replicate everything instide of Stoic.

In addition, this could allow users to track their activity in other apps as well, e.g. to run their own analytics and reporting.

As an example of how this could be implemented, please see the Session app (pomodoro app) which can trigger outside Apple Shortcuts when key events like session start/end happen. Here is their documentation of that trigger feature
