A way to track symptoms, follow up via journal and affirmations, and compiling correlations over time.
TRACKING - phase 1
- add symptoms as a list similar to “moods”
- symptoms would ideally be a pre made list of basic things like a headache or stomachs ache with the ability to add your own unique symptoms
- in settings you choose what specific (if any) symptoms you want to track every day and then…
- during morning or evening check in you are asked to select what symptoms you experienced that day
- for each symptom you select you are also asked to rate the severity out of 5 stars
- you can also log a one-off symptom at any time during the day by clicking a simple “log symptom” button, like beginning a blank journal entry
JOURNALING - phase 1.5
- when symptoms are logged, follow up journal questions could be asked to track deeper info
- meditations can be recommended after logging
- quotes and affirmations that encourage paying attention to your body, listening to your gut, and seeking help without feeling guilty
CORRELATIONS - phase 2
- users can look at their master list of symptoms they’ve experienced and select one to view more details…
- when you select a symptom a page opens where you see key metrocs: how many times you experience this symptom on average in the past week/month/etc, what other symptoms you experienced at the same time and how many times they happened together (this could be viewed the way you might see a tag. A small rectangle with the symptom listen inside and the a parenthesis showing how many times these symptoms were logged in the same day or something)
